Dr. Raina is an outstanding dermatologist and I say this after consulting multiple dermats for both my mother and myself. What truly stands out is her patient-first approach. She never overwhelms patients with unnecessary treatments or information, and instead focuses on giving the exact solution that’s needed with honesty and clarity.
Her team is equally warm, cooperative, and professional, which makes the entire experience seamless and comforting. Highly recommend and genuinely vouch for her.
Dr Raina madam is a highly skilled dermatologist, to say the least. Her diagnosis is perfect and treatment is highly rational. She treated my daughter with utmost care and compassion and I cannot recommend her enough.
I had an excellent experience at Kaizen Skin Care. The doctor is calm, approachable, and truly understands the patient’s concerns. She provides clear explanations, effective solutions, and correct guidance tailored to individual skin types.
I consulted her for acne and pigmentation issues, and the treatment has been very effective. I have already started seeing positive results, and the improvement in my skin has been noticeable.
The staff is polite, well-mannered, and professional. Additionally, the clinic is clean, hygienic, and well maintained.

Treating under her always is a positive experience with positive vive ,very good ambience along with her nice & caring behavior.
She treated & removed my multiple small red warts in the neck & back.
She nicely explained the root cause of my wife's skin itch problem/ eczema & her treatment is giving good response.
My prololng itching & skin discoloration on my back is nicely explained by her & she has started the treatment accordingly.

My daughter visited Kaizen Clinic twice and we ended up spending ₹28,000 including medicines, with absolutely no improvement till date. There was no visible change, no proper follow-up, and no clarity on the treatment outcome.
What is most disappointing is the way expectations are set and managed. For such a high cost, one would at least expect transparency, progress, or honest guidance. Unfortunately, none of that happened.
I genuinely do not understand how such poor results and lack of accountability are being managed with customers. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money and time.
I would not recommend Kaizen Clinic based on our experience.
