I’m honestly shocked at how disappointing my experience was. For the amount this salon charges, I expected at least some visible difference—but there was absolutely none. It felt like I paid a premium price around 65000 for a completely average (if not below average) service.
The staff kept pushing expensive treatments, but the results didn’t match the promises at all. No improvement, no noticeable change—just a lighter wallet. It’s frustrating when a place markets itself as “high-end” but fails to deliver even basic value. They have added treatments in the bill that was not even done.
Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for real results.

I had a wonderful experience with Raj at Jean Claude Biguine Salon. I went in for a hair botox treatment, but after carefully assessing my hair, he honestly advised against it—even though it would have been a more expensive service.
Instead, he recommended a hair spa, and I’m so glad I trusted him. The treatment was amazing, and my hair feels healthier, softer, and much more manageable. He also gave me a great haircut that really suited me.
It’s rare to find someone so skilled and genuinely honest in their advice. Highly recommend Raj if you’re looking for expert care and integrity!

Despite the late hour, they didn't rush me.The ambiance was elegant and calming, setting the tone for a relaxing visit. I opted for a simple hair wash, and the stylist who attended to me exceeded my expectations. He was super professional, taking the time to understand my preferences before getting to work. The wash was incredibly refreshing. His attention to detail and commitment to his craft were evident, and I was thoroughly happy with his treatment. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Jean Claude Biguine Salon and Spa. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction, even at the eleventh hour, was impressive. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled salon experience, I highly recommend giving them a try.

What Houshila, Rohit, and Bhushan delivered went far beyond that. Their expertise in color correction is truly exceptional. They transformed my hair into a beautifully balanced, luminous blonde with a polished, expensive finish—elegant, sophisticated, and impeccably executed.
A week later, I returned for a follow-up, and Rohit carefully assessed the color with great attention to detail. We decided to enhance it further with a purple shampoo treatment and a precision haircut. The result was flawless—my hair looks and feels absolutely stunning.
