Best prices and good service. All hardware items are available and the staff is knowledgeable. No negotiation required as you are assured of the right price.
Extremely rude owner and staff. Please don't buy anything from them as you might not leave the shop with an intact dignity and that too for as small a thing as a curtain pipe. You wouldn't see such horrendous behaviour in an educated, respectable buisness.
I called them for a curtain pipe fixture and y they recommended that I call the carpenter to confirm specs. The carpenter came, took fittings and I was calling to confirm the order. I kept calling for 30 minutes without response. Then I called the Google number and they handed the phone to this owner only. He said with extreme arrogance " I'm not picking your phone- doesn't that give you a hint that I'm busy. Call me later". I told him that carpenter wouldn't wait for him to get free and then deliver and he said " I don't care. Go somewhere else then" and cut the phone. You know what - I bought from somewhere else - Rajasthan hardware - such nice helpful owner! Please beware before connecting with Jalaram!!
They have limited collection for display but can arrange any sanitary ware according to your budget and pattern you loved.
They provide huge discounts on every item you buy. Best place to purchase sanitary ware in Andheri for sure.
