So call and confirm about all details before visiting the place, otherwise one may waste precious time.

They ask for extra charges when you go take the delivery, which is fine probably but should have informed about it earlier.
They are cheaters
When you enquire before sending material, they will tell you reasonable price BUT when you send material to them at that time they will not give you receipt
You will be told to collect receipt next day...when you go to collect receipt next day...
They will charge DOUBLE Freight & tell that material is dispatched...so you have to pay anyhow
When you tell that will not send material again...they tell that they have not requirement of customer
FULL DEPARTMENT IS CHEATING
When we call to customer care...they tell only to call Mumbai branch
Not Displined staff... Nothing
They use BAD WORDS with customer & threat them to go away or else they will beat you

Worst transport ever. They do not have any sense of how to talk to customer. Their managers feel as if they own the business. No one should ever use this transport for any logistical purpose.
over and above the freight mentioned in LR, they charge 20% clearing charges as if its a import and then labour and then gst.. if you cannot fight with these people dont get your articles through jaipur golden transport
