I recently underwent WaveLight Plus surgery at Isha Netralaya by Dr. Smitesh Shah, and my experience was excellent. The surgery was smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to all the doctors, staff members, and my counsellor Shivani Ma’am for their support, guidance, and caring nature throughout the process. Truly satisfied with the treatment and overall experience.
Cataract treatment done. And review posted by staff. This is unethical. They take the phone on pretext of showing youtube video about eye care and post the reviews. I have edited the review. We were called at at 7:30 am. But dr himself came at 9:00 . Our surgery started at 10:25 am. They charge so premium and give service of some normal public hospital. Not at all satisfied

Overall, it was a very good experience. The entire team is supportive, well-coordinated, and professional in their approach.
I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Jigna Motwani for her excellent care. She listens to patients carefully, understands the concerns properly, and provides clear and practical advice. Her approach makes patients feel comfortable and confident.

My experience at Isha Netralaya was mixed. The only issue I faced was with the tele-call appointment staff, who were quite rude and unprofessional while speaking and did not communicate properly.
However, the staff at the clinic were polite, helpful, and treated patients respectfully. The doctors and counseling team were supportive and handled everything professionally.
