Not worth the effort to order from Interflora, because they fail to not only fulfill the order but also fail to communicate on the same with their customer support team giving different explanations (lies, in short) and do not care about your time or to refund the "huge" amount they take for absolutely no service.
This is a very typical graph of how brands lose their face value and "suddenly" go bankrupt. We consumers take our time to browse and select the apt product connecting our sentiments & ofcourse, with a 'not-so-affordable' tag- and if there is still no value for consumers (looking at all your recent reviews), then all I can say is "I hope you manage to change your strategy to survive !"
For I have taken my stance to never type Interflora on my browser ever again.
Worst experience, please don’t order, from here. They are unprofessional and they don’t know how to manage large orders on days like Mother’s Day.
I had ordered a bouquet, which was to be delivered between 6 AM to 2 PM. The delivery person was waiting at 2 PM to collect order but it wasn’t prepared. The tracking information showed that order is being prepared since 8:30 AM. Then finally when the delivery person arrive to my vicinity when I called him, he says I my order is not with him!
This is utter nonsense. The order was not prepared, not given to my delivery person, entire day went by and order was never delivered. Please don’t order from here. Pathetic service. Extremely dissatisfied, never ordering from itnerflora ever again.
Beautiful flowers are highly praised for their freshness, vibrant colors, and long-lasting quality. Customers frequently highlight on-time delivery, secure packaging, and excellent, thoughtful arrangements, often making them perfect for special occasions.
I had a terrible experience with them delivering a bouquet of practically dead flowers after paying more than 5k. They admit the flowers are faulty but are refusing to refund my money and have offered 30% of the amount into my wallet with a 90 day validity. How is that even remotely appropriate compensation and is nothing but complete rip off after ruining a special occasion. Please do not shop with interflora.
State of flowers on day of delivery were with wilting petals, I will not order from them again. For their price point the quality was poor. Spent ample time on WhatsApp with agents who are unable to assist in sending a replacement. Poor customer service.
