My husband and I spent our second anniversary here. An iconic location on Marine drive, the hotel staff were extremely accomodation and friendly, even organising a cake for us. We booked a suite overlooking the sea that had gorgeous and spacious rooms. The building is old and we had some difficulty with the sockets however the staff helped us immediately. The only downside would be the pool that gets cold during the day due to the weather and wasn't temperature controlled. Truly an experience to remember!

My room exceeded expectations — impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Every corner of the property reflected attention to detail and a high standard of service. Whether it was the prompt room service, comfortable bed, or overall peaceful atmosphere, everything contributed to a memorable and flawless experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort.
The location is perfect, right on Marine Drive with its waterfront promenade, and within easy reach of the main tourist attractions, on foot or by Uber.
Greeted by name at the front desk on arrival, we knew this would be an excellent hotel. The staff are absolutely superb, making you feel welcome as a guest and going out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay.
The room furnishings are somewhat dated, but they're well maintained and spotlessly clean. There's a rooftop swimming pool and an outdoor bar that seems very popular, although it wasn't to our taste, particularly. It's a little odd that there isn't a quieter lobby bar.
Breakfast offers an extensive buffet, along with eggs and Indian specialties cooked to order. We weren't at all sure about the French/American South concept at SoBo20, but it works! We loved the craft cocktails and small plates.
We'll definitely return the next time we're in Mumbai.
A fantastic destination. The hotel is located in one of the best areas truly a must-visit. IHG is a superb global brand, and this property showcases that perfectly. The hotel’s Dome, an open-air bar on the top floor, is the highlight. From there, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Marine Drive. The staff is amazing, warm, and highly professional. I absolutely loved the place.
This is a great hotel if you are staying in Mumbai. The staff is fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our dietary needs. Our driver from the airport gave us a great tour and overview of Mumbai on our way from the airport. The hotel is located perfectly for sightseeing. We especially want to thank Imelda for introducing us to our new favorite Indian dish!
