Complaint Regarding Short Fuel Dispensing
Today morning at 9:58 AM, Date(04/06/2026) I visited this petrol pump to fill fuel in my vehicle. I paid ₹350 for petrol. However, after checking the fuel level, I noticed that the quantity appeared less than expected.
When I requested the staff to verify the bill and dispensing details, it was found that only ₹250 worth of petrol had been filled instead of ₹350. This indicates a shortage of ₹100, which is a serious concern and appears to be an attempt to cheat customers.
I request you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take strict action against the responsible staff. Such practices damage customer trust and should not be tolerated. Appropriate corrective measures should be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future, and employees involved in such misconduct should be removed from service.
They refused to give any information with regard to xtrarewards, their app is not showing anything about rewards and no one there is aware about it, due to which i am unable to redeem my rewards. Disappointed!
I need action
Third class experience. I got Xtra refilled and requested bill with vehicle number printed as we need to show that in office. The guy said normal milega mujhe nahi aata print karna. Others were waiting in queue. Later when he tried to put in vehicle number digits in machine , the number buttons were bot working. Finally when I said give me hand written bill, he said I dont have pen. What the hell is this.
Now in middle of all this, the riders waiting in queue had heated argument with me which was unbearable and I said its NOT MY MISTAKE
I COULD. HAVE BEING GONE IN A SCUFF OR UNNECESSARY TRAUMA JUST DUE TO TOUR NEGLIGENCE. AS A CUSTOMER , I HAVE RIGHTS TO GET BILL PRINTED and not hear abuses or end up in fight due to for neglig

I would like to share a personal experience at an Indian Oil petrol pump located at Goregaon East near the Western Express Highway, so others can stay cautious.
I visited this petrol pump to refuel my vehicle dated 6th Apr 26 and paid ₹370, but the fuel dispensed appeared to be worth only around ₹269. When I questioned the staff, I was told that the machine stopped due to tanker refuelling.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced a similar issue at the same location. Due to repeated occurrence, I immediately visited the nearest police station and registered a complaint for suspected fraud.
I am sharing this only to create awareness & stop visiting these location

👉 Make payment only after refuelling is complete

Wonderfully i got scammed today they distracted me and with some tactics fuel was filled only 850rs but they said i put in a pouch of 110rs and charges 1050rs. Math ain't mathing and now no help from there. Never ever speak nicely to them anymore. Talk to them like they are garbage. They don't deserve human interaction. Petrol pump should be free from human interaction.
