Worst ice cream ever. If you want to eat better ice cream go little further and eat this man's ice cream instead. You will find him outside Lonavala station
Visited Ice Works and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was pushy and repeatedly tried to force a higher-priced scoop instead of offering the regular option I asked for. It felt more like pressure tactics than customer service.
Not a pleasant experience, and I hope they improve their approach toward customers.
The Butterscotch ice cream was delicious with a rich and creamy taste. Perfect sweetness and crunchy butterscotch pieces made it even better. The quality was excellent and the service was outstanding. Service boy Yogesh was polite, friendly, and gave very good service. Highly recommended!
Fabulous flavours and the range of flavours they offer is superb too. The staff was polite and prompt. Highly recommend trying out their Nutella brownie. Although the prices of per scoop are a bit higher to the competition the serving size is also proportionate.
Ice Cream Works at Dadar Shivaji Park is a gem. Their ice creams are impressively smooth and completely free of that annoying icy texture—clearly top-tier quality. The flavours pop, feel fresh, and genuinely stand out among the usual dessert options in the area.
Service is another win. Raghaw, in particular, deserves a shout-out for being prompt, polite, and consistently helpful. Even the packing shows they take their product seriously: instead of a flimsy brown bag, you get a sturdy paper bag and a block of dry ice that actually keeps the ice cream frozen till you’re home.
Overall, it’s a place that does the small things right—and the big things even better.
