Only one person handling and the online orders were so much that people in the store has to form a queue and wait. In the end didn't receive even 1 ice cream.
If you can't handle online then close the shop.
I had a good experience at Ice Cream Works. The ice cream tasted great, and there was a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The prices were reasonable, making it a cost-effective place to enjoy quality ice cream.

Their alphonso mango sundae is the best, plus they have a variety of range which have such creamy sweet textures. But personal fav alphonso sundae
The ice cream work is appealing. The sugar-free option is a great addition, and the Mahabaleshwar strawberry flavour stands out as the best seasonal choice. The textures, colors, and lighting make it look fresh, tasty, and well presented.

The costing is also competitive. The flavours are selected that kind of reduces the selection time for milennials haha. Two-three people can sit inside at a time.
