I booked my stay for 4 nights and I must say that it's totally worth. I spent about 14k ( 3 nights from MMT and 1 at hotel ) . Pricing was about 3.3k per night on MMT and 4k at hotel you can choose whatever you prefer. Also staff was too coperative and professional. Guard was also welcoming in nature and too active. Rooms were neat and clean with good amenities like, Refrigerator, working TV ( but only cable tv) And other basic amenities.
Good for it if you want safe and good stay at Andheri
Not so happy with their customer service. When we call for some help or information they don't allow us to finish what we are trying to say. Food is also average and oily. Food price is very high. Rooms are also average and old style. Location is prime so transportation is not a problem.
Best hotel in the area, quite close to the airport. Right from the welcome till the see off the staff was helpful and courteous esp Ali. Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff was ready esp in odd hours in our case. The restaurant was well maintained and nice ambience.,Totally satisfied stay and highly recommended.
when i reached the front deck, i request to give the room which having ceiling fan and fridge in the room which was already in the basic amenities. the front deck Mr. Vipul said me this not in your package so you wont get this thing in your room. i said can speak with your manager so i can give clarity because its clearly mention about this basic amenities. he said i am the general manager of this hotel and what i say that would be final. if you want to speak anything regarding the booking or amenities speak with your make my trip booking agents. and this was very rude and extremely indiscipline, illiterate, untrained staff. The attitude is like that he is a owner of the hotel.
I think the directors and HODs of this hotel doesn't know how the blunt front deck staff misbehave with there customers, if they know about this i am sorry to say you all required hospitality training.
Guys!!! BEWARE. They are big frauds! I am attaching screenshot of my hotel confirmation. I had two confirmed rooms booked 1 week before the travel(direct through their solitaire website, no third party booking) . hotel front office team called me 12 hours before check-in at midnight and told me randomly to book some other hotel. when asked why they didn't give proper reason and just disconnected. I again tried to reach call center and asked for my booking and the front office guy told me clearly "do what you want, your booking is cancelled and go to some other hotel"... when asked for the mangers number he literally refused and told me to not to call back. Later when checked through booking.com their rooms were available on double the price. Just for some money these guys have cheated customer. Hats off to such team and hotel staff owner. GUYS DONT TAKE THE RISK....
