See similar hotels are available from 1500 to 2000 all hotels are good but not for family but for single. Neat and clean toilet good bedding are available every where but choose the site as per your choice carefully but remember room are small in size.
Night room boy behavior is very rude with customer. He don't know how to behave guest. If like this people hotel will close within days. All others like Day manger and staff were very good . We have booked for business meeting for 2 days.
Very poor quality rooms . Very dirty washrooms . All staff are greedy . They can't adjust for 1hr late checkout. Room service very bad . If they bring 1 coffee they charge for double coffee. I refer don't book this hotel it's very bad and full of waste money .
Definitely not as advertised. Price and distance to airport made it manageable for an afternoon nap after missing a connecting flight. Staff charged 100 rupee for a water and chai. The water bottle was opened but i didn’t notice until staff had already left.
When I showed the desk, i didn’t even ask for a refund but he said “you must have opened it and had a drink” I let him know that if I opened it I would have had more than a single drink.
Room may once have been nice but is now dirty and in disrepair. A/C works but barely and is very loud,
One of the worst hotel experiences. The so-called Deluxe Room is laughably small and nowhere near worth ₹1,500. Core amenities were either broken or missing — non-functional AC, TV, lights, a broken bathroom window, and a ridiculous 1-litre water limit per room. Amenities amounted to one soap — that’s it.
Breakfast was pathetic, with very limited options and an absurd 9–10 AM window. The Triple Room, although larger, is a complete rip-off at ₹3,000 per night with no breakfast included.
Yes, the staff is polite and the location is decent, but that does not compensate for terrible maintenance and blatant overpricing. Add to that no lift and steep stairs, and this place becomes a hard no. Avoid unless you enjoy being overcharged for substandard conditions.
