Absolutely disgraceful experience. Avoid at all costs.
We arrived in Mumbai at midnight after a 5-hour train journey with our family, only to be told that our booking had been cancelled because the hotel “does not accept credit card payments via Booking.com.” Somehow this was our problem, despite having a confirmed reservation.
The staff member who introduced himself as Mr. Khan (if that’s even his real name) was rude, offensive, and completely uninterested in helping. When I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager, I was literally handed his phone to talk to some random person who wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. The only thing they bothered to say was that there were “no rooms available” and “nothing could be done.”
The end result? My family and I were left on the streets of Mumbai at midnight with six large suitcases. No apology. No assistance. No accountability. Just arrogance and indifference.
This place has zero professionalism, zero customer service, and zero concern for guest safety or basic decency. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not stay here.
Thank you, Mr. Khan, for turning what should have been a simple hotel stay into a complete nightmare.
Good location, nice clean rooms and serves good breakfast.
Booked rooms form Agoda I’m shocked that this happened in a city like Mumbai.
The hotel refused to allow us to stay because we are locals and also denied entry as an unmarried couple, which is unacceptable — especially in a city where live-in relationships are common.
We booked the room for just one night and paid ₹4000, but were completely denied check-in. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
When I requested a refund, they simply said "no refund policy" — despite the fact that we hadn’t used any services and the rooms were still vacant. They could have reactivated the booking, but chose not to.
We travelled 4 hours to get there, and the manager didn’t even speak to us or try to help. and Agoda not helped us to transfer to any other hotel we have to book another hotel to stay
The best room for a Stay mostly Arbian is to stay there. The staff are very nice and the room is so neat and clean with no dust and walk-in distance near the station staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting local attractions, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Can't wait to come back!" 😊👏
