Good hotel for backpackers. They have private rooms too.
Not so crowded coz they have only 14 beds on dormitory. Nice staff’s. Only issue is they switch off the AC at early morning till 9-10Pm .
It was bit disappointing other than that they have nice and clean bathrooms.( which you see on other dormitory and hotels it really suck).
I usually don't write reviews but this I had to. I stayed here for 2 days 3-4 days ago in Room No. 203 and I had never had such an awful experience. I will list down all the points that bugged me.
1. The Room was very dirty, The Sheets they provided had stains of God knows what.
2. The Room had cockroaches. When I complained, all they told was that the room was closed that's why.
3. I asked for hot water and the glass was so dirty I had to go for packaged cold water.
4. The bathroom was very smelly and leakage issue all over.
5. Curtains were felt like as if Vasco da Gama had used them.
6. This isn't about the hotel but the locality. The area is full of garbage.
Instead of coming here please see some place near the metro, There are lot of properties and in cleaner condition.
My stay at Nest N Rest Hotel, Mumbai was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. The photos online are very misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel.
The worst part was the management. The manager, Kamre Alam, was unprofessional and dismissive when issues were raised. Instead of trying to resolve problems, he behaved rudely and made excuses. As a guest, and even demanded extra money for car parking on his personal number, when i refused to pay he started using slang language, I felt very unsafe and disrespected.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or peaceful stay. Super bad experience.

Worst experience in this hotel. They dont have sufficient water. There are leakage problems in rooms . staff behavior was so rude. There are cockroches in the rooms. I complained about it. Even after cleaning the cockroches was there . The location is worst .there are garbages around hotel we cant even breathe .
