Rooms were basic but comfortable, bathroom was small . No intercom in room . Lift available. Located in a quiet heritage locality amidst busy area
We went for the Kotachiwadi Christmas event on Sunday evening. It was very very crowded and we were feeling unwell. We went into the hotel lobby to take a break. Mr Yogesh was do very helpful, welcoming us and offering water and coffee. A father with his special needs son also came in and Mr ayogesh requested them to sit a while and rest.
Thanks Mr Yogesh for your hospitality in the true sense of the word . Your customer service is much appreciated..God bless
A few weeks ago, I visited this hotel to book a room. My friend had already spoken to someone over the phone, possibly the receptionist or someone in charge, who had quoted a certain price. However, when we arrived, the same person told us a much higher rate than what was discussed. When my friend reminded him about the earlier phone conversation, he rudely replied, *"Nahi milega, jao"* those were his exact words😡.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, his attitude was unwelcoming and snobbish. We remained polite throughout, but when my friend pointed out his rude behavior and said, “If you're running a hotel, at least be respectful,” he couldn't handle us answering him back and began threatening to call the police for no reason! Imagine being rude first and then playing the victim.
Eventually, we did lose our temper and raised our voices. Then he turned to me and said, *"Behen, maine kya galat bola?"* I was honestly shocked of course he was wrong! We just asked a simple question, and he responded with aggression and threats. We told him to go ahead and call the police if he felt he was right. We also reminded him that our vehicle number was on the CCTV, so he could do whatever he wanted and stormed out.
He kept yelling that he wasn’t just an employee but the *owner* of the hotel, which was hard to believe, considering how immature he acted. Maybe the owner's son? Either way, it was a horrible experience, and I truly hope no one has to go through the same. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
I recently had a stay at the hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms. They were infested with numerous cockroaches scurrying across the floors, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I noticed several cobwebs in the corners, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. Overall, the level of cleanliness left much to be desired, as the rooms appeared neglected and in dire need of thorough maintenance.
The room was simple for a night stay. The place was really calm to sleep over night as many hotels in these areas have lots of noise. This is little inside the main road. You have to get down on the main road and walk to the hotel. So good for backpack travelers. Staff were kind enough to let me check out 30 minutes late as they understood that I need time after my marathon run.
