Great hotel. Service level very high. Fantastic people and a special note for the security team whose welcoming smile is so great that you feel immediately at home. Ideally situated. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone.
We had an awesome experience at Hotel Bawa Regency. Rooms are kept clean by housekeeping team (Aditya) and very comfortable.
Atmosphere at the hotel is cosy and when inside you don’t hear any noise.
Food is yummy and room service is available till late night which is very good. The restaurant is very clean too.
All staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Vasant maama and the security staffs.
The hotel is located near shops, as well as the airport, which was very convenient for us.
We will definitely come back again.

Had an amazing stay at Bawa Regency. What truly stood out was the people. Every single interaction felt thoughtful and genuine.
From the moment I walked in, the security at the main entrance made me feel welcomed, housekeeping was always attentive and polite, and the reception team handled everything so smoothly that the stay felt completely stress-free.
A special shoutout to Diksha, Zeeshan, Hemant, and Sagar, thank you for being so humble, caring, and proactive. You all made the experience seamless and comfortable, and it honestly felt like being looked after rather than just “checked in.”

I had a pleasure of staying at the hotel. The room was very good in terms of size and cleanliness. Toilets were also super clean. Special mention for the bed mattress as it was comfortable yet firm so no back problems after sleeping.
The staff is excellent and always smiling and ready to help. I would book the hotel again if I want to stay in Dadar.
I recently stayed at your property from 8 sep 25 to 8 sep 25 and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. I would like to bring a few issues to your attention
1. The bed in my room was making constant noise, which made it very uncomfortable to rest.
2. There were flies (makhi) inside the room, which affected hygiene and comfort.
These issues caused inconvenience during my stay and did not match the quality I expected. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure such problems are resolved for future guests.
I would also appreciate your response regarding the corrective steps being taken.
