I am writing to share my feedback following my stay in Room 502 on May 14, 2026. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would rate the services I received 5/5.

The hotel's location in Juhu is excellent, providing easy access to the beach and local street food. The staff was incredibly supportive and polite, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment my family and I arrived. I would specifically like to commend Sachin, Heena, Manali, Maryam, Glen, Tapas, Akshay Kamtkar, Suresh, and Ashutosh for their exceptional hospitality and for making a great connection with us during our stay.

The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with wooden interiors and a practical layout featuring separate seating and bedroom areas. Having two bathrooms and a large bathtub was a significant plus. Furthermore, the dining experience was outstanding. The food was hygienic and high-quality, with a great variety of Indian, Chinese, and Continental options. The breakfast selection was also impressive for both adults and children.

I highly recommend Bawa Continental to anyone looking for a well-located and affordable stay in Mumbai. Thank you for the excellent service.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally express my heartfelt gratitude for the truly outstanding service that all the staff members at Bawa Continental provide—service that is delivered with genuine warmth and sincerity, rather than merely as a professional obligation. The very heart of Bawa Continental is, without a doubt, Mariam, Ahutosh, and Lalit. Every guest is welcomed with a smile that comes straight from the heart! Whenever I have stayed at the hotel, I have always felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after. With her unique charm and radiant smile, Mariam gives us the feeling that, after a long journey, we have finally arrived home. Ahutosh and Lalit possess a demeanor that goes far beyond simply ticking items off a "to-do list"; their service, too, comes from the heart. They address every guest by name, ask how they are doing, and inquire whether they can be of assistance in any way. Glen is another individual who serves as the heart and soul of Bawa Continental. His open nature and his willingness to help at any moment are qualities that money simply cannot buy. Every single staff member—including Chandrakanth, the security team, the housekeeping crew, and the restaurant staff—is simply superb, as well as exceptionally helpful and friendly. The entire team gives me the distinct feeling that I am not merely staying in a hotel, but rather that I am at home—a home away from my actual home. As a flight attendant—and as a paying guest in numerous 5-star hotels—I have NEVER experienced the same sense of "home" that the team at Bawa Continental has managed to create. For me, Mariam and her warm smile feel just like my little sister rejoicing that I have finally made it back home!

I have never experienced or felt anything quite like this in any other 5-star hotel! It is my sincere hope that the team at Bawa Continental remains exactly as it is today! I extend my heartfelt thanks to every single staff member; even though I may not know all of your names, each and every one of you deserves special mention! The housekeeping team is superior to that of any other hotel I have visited. Regardless of whether it is an Economy or a Premium category room, every single room is kept to the exact same high standard of cleanliness! If I could, I would award Hotel Bawa Continental a 7-star rating. Many thanks to the management for hiring such wonderful people!

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is clean and much better value than the hotel across the road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We like the location as there are a couple of bars just along the road which overlook jehu beach. It's very handy for a overnight stay not too far away from the airport.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was truly above and beyond. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is definitely the one.
The hotel is located in a very central area, making it easy to get everywhere.

Till now i used to stay in a 5 star hotel directly located in the beach side.... This time I booked Bawa Continental and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Mumbai for whatever reason. This hotel truly deserves a 7 star rating if possible. The ambiance the rooms the staff the food all in all a wonderful unforgettable experience. From my side I can say whenever I come to Mumabi I'll stay in Bawa Continental only from now onwards.
