Yesterday 13 jan around 9.30 pm I went to fill petrol, I was not able to open the tank lock i was stuck in that, I asked them to open it, the man filling petrol refused and started misbehaving saying that it is not my job, I don't know how to open and ,you know how ride bike u should know to open tank too then I asked another man to please open it, he also behaved and rudely they use chal chal word, so you tell me what action should be taken, the staff there is always rude, mostly the ladies who stand there to fill petrol.
Always a great experience at Bandra HP Petrol Pump! The staff is courteous and professional, service is quick, and the station is clean and well organized. Fuel quality is reliable and the overall experience is smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
One of the free air filling machine is showing wrong reading. I have had a bad experience 3 to 4 times. Today i got the air filled in my tires from the faulty machine and immediately went to check the tires on their other machine. It showed a difference of 4 units. It is misleading. I request HP to check this fault and either rectify or change the machine. Thanks
Pathetic service, have big machine but not working, asked to keep things aside said no place keep at backside.
This is a very high end petrol pump. All types of electronic payments are taken here like paytm, debit card, credit card etc. The petrol pump has ample of space for many cars and bikes.
The best part of this petrol pump is that it is on the corner of the main road which connects three roads
1. Carter road
2. Linking road
3. SV road
