I bought an oxygen concentrator machine in may 2021. I paid 78,400 rs for the 10 L machine. They mentioned that its a good machine and will work for long time. I bought in a good faith. During 2021 we dint use the machine much as it was not needed. We started using this machine last year and when we started, its stopped working. We reach out to them and they said the warranty is expired and we dont support this machine now. I asked them 1000 times and they did not provide any support. In the end I figure out a repair person in delhi who repaired my machine and I paid 10,000 for the repair. At that mechanic told me that from where you bought this machine its garbage. Better buy new machine and he offered me philips 5L in 25000rs. I was shocked that I paid 80k for a chinese machine and I can get philips machine in 25k. Now after using that machine for 8 months again its stopped working. Now we need to spend money on repair again. I want to mention that these people dont have any expertise in these area. They just play with people emotions. At that time I was just rely on them and bought the machine without research and now realize I did a big mistake. Please think 1000 times while doing business with them or do your own research.
