The store had a lot more variety in terms of products for pets as well as the people there are extremely friendly and were very helpful in finding everything we wanted for our Bella.
Wonderful place! Has a variety of things for all dogs.
It was really too good experience for my dog since he enjoyed the entire grooming session and he is much relaxed. The person who did the grooming was very humble and of course the entire staff members were really nice. Hospitality, services everything is just perfect 😇😇🙌🙌
Beautiful store. If you have got a new puppy would highly recommend the Colaba store .Girls at the store knows their job pretty well . Even if you don’t buy anything they will happily greet you and give you quality information about the breed and products . Spa is also functional with some good offers
I have been a regular client of Heads Up For Tails Spa, Colaba for my dog Alfie (goes by alfie.beinggolden on Instagram), so it’s safe to say that I have a bit of experience with them and I am also qualified to make an honest review here.
First of all, I’d like to thank our groomer, Sochipem, today. He did a brilliant job.
The staff is really lovely and they know what they are doing. They ask many questions from you to figure out your pet’s temperament, allergies (if any), concerns and requirements. Post the spa they give you a detailed feedback of everything they came across during the spa session and they even give you a report card with your dog’s physical health issues like rashes, dental and infections, so you get a nice picture of everything they have noticed during the bath. The only negative feedback I can give regards to the grooming is that they need a little bit more training on hair cutting. It’s only moderately okay.
The spa is inside a full fledged HUFT store so you know that you’ll get everything there to meet your pet’s needs. They have everything in every price bracket and affordability.
The HUFT store & spa stands in a prime location regard to connectivity, shoppers hub, food options.
So, while your pet is getting groomed, you can go to the causeway market to do some street shopping, or go to a restaurant/cafe to grab a quick meal, or just visit the gateway to reminisce (I mean, whatever floats your boat). I like to go to the leopold cafe and try a new dish off the menu each time.
So, all in all, Heads Up For Tails Stores & Spa, Colaba, will meet all your requirements. And you can take your pet out for their grooming while making a day out of it for yourself too.
