Horrible and very rude I'll mannered staffs. Don't know how to talk to customers. Make mistakes in the bills and don't even bother to rectify it.
Please use other medical store not hayaat.
The rating itself speak how bad the medical store is. They are least interested if the store has bad rating especially when customers have shared feedback on the worst experience
Very bad service, always late on all order with the same excuses there is shortage of delivery boy and they do not know how talk with the customer and the management, staff are too worst in everything from taking the order to the delivery part it is very pathetic.
Ask them to deliver medical supplies they have reservations against inspite of it being elderly/feminine or baby hygiene products they won't. They make excuses saying it would take 1.5-2 hours. More of a supermarket than apharmacy. Staff is impolite of full of themselves.
very disgusting behaviour and dont have manners to talk with customer.Very pathetic and non reliable for home deliveries. Please don't buy any medicine or any product from this medical plus they say that they give home delivery but when we order something from this medical , they refuse to give or either they give delivery after 1 hour. if patient is in serious condition then he/ she will be in much more serious condition. first of all managent needs to change their staff or they need to change their behaviour and they dont have manners how to talk with customers and the management needs to change their cashier because whenever me or my friends buy any product from this medical , cashier some time gives more money or some time less money . he is physically in a medical but mentally somewhere else. please dont buy any product from this medical.
24X7 AC pharmacy with most utilities.. quite a lot of general store and daily usage stuff available here as well. very nice shop and well maintained. has a very happy vibe..unlike most gloomy pharmacies. they also have a chips and ice cream section outside. v nice place .
