Its not worth it! They don't take orders on call anytime or if sometimes they take they never send the respective stuff n even doesn't inform d customer about it.

I ordered medicine at 10 pm and did not receive yet it’s 1am. They are unable to organise the delivery system. Atleast if they are unable to deliver they should inform so that we order the medicine from somewhere else..
Disgusting and pathetic service always have to wait for more than two hours for order to get delivered at your door step . Every time they have the same excuse that they have only one staff for delivery . I have to keep calling them for update and you dont get proper response. There is no sense of emergency in delivering medicine. Despite the chemist is in same vicinity. I get food like pizza and burger delivered faster than this , very annoying. Also when you visit the chemist there is no coordination among the staff and one has to keep waiting there is no proper system to expedite the service. Management need to consider this and take it positively.
