Recently my experience at happy tails was really bad.
My dogs regular doctor wasn't there and some other doctors attended to him, but this doctor was new I think and not that experienced also.but the worst part was that even when they knew after all the tests they did that my dog had fever and needed the saline etc...while that was being done...they were just rushing with everything because it was their closing time.
Finally I had to tell the doctor to not rush that way with my dog and to give it properly time so the the treatment mentioned( saline etc) could be given properly...but they rushed...I took my dog back home and within a couple of hours his stomach started to bloat and he died.
It was shocking for us .......but yes I can surely say that my dog wasn't even handled properly....the treatment was rushed and the doctor was not competent at all....even the iv line kept coming off and the medicine kept dropping out and the helper boys were bringing it to that doctors notice ...it was strange ...I hope no dog passes away this way ever...

Their doctors are very caring and professional. They explain the situation with care and patience. Will treat all animals, including strays. Their rates are reasonable and they have been a God Send to me!
