Visited Grandmama’s Cafe recently and had a really nice experience overall. We tried their Peach Ice Tea first, which was decent — not bad, but nothing too special either. I’d rate it around 3/5.
But the real highlight was their Deep Fried Chicken. It was absolutely delicious and easily the best thing we tried there. In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up ordering it again. Definitely a must-try item from their menu.
The cafe itself has a very cozy and chill vibe, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy good food. Overall, it was a good experience with tasty food and a nice ambience.

Hummus steals the show
I had what I believe was the spicy hummus, and it was exceptional. Silky, rich, and decadent, topped with pickled chillies that added a great kick. The pita bread was soft, but the hummus was clearly the star of the dish.
The cold brew coffee was also very good and quite enjoyable.
We also tried a truffle pizza, which was decent. It was not something I would call outstanding, but it was not bad either.
Overall, the hummus was heavenly, the coffee was excellent, and the pizza was just okay.
This spot in Dadar is truly one of my top choices! 💖 I always enjoy their Peri Peri fries, and the pink sauce pasta is a must-try. My absolute favorite is their Goti Soda—so refreshing! 🍹🍟
My recent dining experience was not very satisfactory. The place is quite expensive, and the portion sizes do not match the pricing. The food quality also did not meet expectations.
We ordered pesto pasta, but they did not serve even a single piece of garlic bread along with it. Usually, any standard café or restaurant provides at least one garlic bread with pasta, so this was disappointing.
We also ordered a brownie shake, but the shake had very little brownie in it. It tasted more like a basic chocolate shake with a lot of cream. Considering the price, the shake did not feel worth it.
Additionally, the restaurant charges a compulsory 7% service charge. However, there was no table service provided — the staff simply placed the food on the table and we had to serve ourselves. We ended up paying around ₹135 as service charge for just two dishes, which feels inappropriate.
Overall, I don’t think the dining experience is worth the price, and I would not recommend this place for dining.
Visited here after a tiring journey from Pune by train. The best part is its proximity to dadar station. I had prebooked a table here. There is sufficient dining available even if you don't book. We ordered their hot chocolate. It is one of their signature dishes. It did not disappoint. It was rich and tasty. Only it was little bit too sweet to my liking. Then we ordered loaded sizzling fries. Quantity was superb and so was the taste. Finally we ordered their Mac and Cheese. It was okaish. Not too good not too bad. One thing I loved about this dish is the bread crumbs on the top with the cheese. It gave a good crunch to the dish. Overall a good place to hangout with friends.
