Too lazy to respond on call and delivery. Totally irresponsible staff and medical of south mumbai.
Pathetic staff, rude behavior, don't know how to talk with customer and what they want to sell they will deliver that only.....otherwise they will say it's out of stock if we are ordering some low price item or medicine
The most slow pharmacy ever … takes two hours for the order to reach at a distance of one km … has always been sooo slow and has never shown any progress … shame
my experience with Grand Star Medical's ice cream delivery service was incredibly disappointing. The excessively long delivery time and the fact that the ice cream arrived completely melted were major letdowns. It is my hope that they take customer satisfaction seriously and address the issues at hand to avoid similar incidents in the future.
