Worst Stay Ever – Total Waste of Money at The Goldfinch Hotel Andheri
This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Calling this a “4-star hotel” is a joke.
1. I requested twin beds to be joined. Despite repeated reminders, it was never done, even till midnight. Completely irresponsible staff.
2. The shower and basin were fully clogged. Water flooded the entire bathroom at 1 AM, and instead of helping, I had to clean it myself. Disgusting.
3. The so-called “soundproof” rooms are a lie. I could hear the person in the next room snoring as if they were sleeping in my bed. Zero privacy, zero peace.
4. Basic amenities were missing from the room. For a hotel charging premium prices, this is unacceptable.
5. At breakfast, when I asked for takeaway coffee, they said they don’t even have cups. Seriously? In a so-called 4-star hotel?
Because of all this, I couldn’t sleep the entire night. No comfort, no service, no professionalism—just frustration.
They charge overpriced rates for cheap-quality service and facilities. This place is nothing but a scam in the name of luxury.
Save your money and your peace of mind. Do NOT stay here.

Hotel is decent.
Due to location and surrounded between residential area, there is lots of noise and external disturbance of people arguing on street late night, vehicle sound etc and this can be heard in room.
They should use sound proof windows.
Food is Good. Staff is very decent and presentable. Chef Bapan is best..
I stayed at this hotel for 20 days and had a wonderful experience. I was picked up from the airport, and the welcome was very good. When I mentioned my long stay, the staff member (Paaji) patiently explained all the hotel instructions and made me feel comfortable. He personally showed me to my room.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The food was great, and the swimming pool was neat and well maintained.
By the end of my stay, the hotel truly felt like home. Seeing the same familiar faces every day created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Our 8 days stay at Goldfinch Hotel, Mumbai was a very pleasurable experience. It is a very well located hotel in Andheri East MIDC, 20 mins drive away from with airport with a good metro & public transport connectivity.The rooms are well appointed, wel maintained,the bathrooms spacious & clean.Mr.Vitthal ably manages the House keeping department who keeps the rooms in perfect order..Everyone is very courteous and polite and very prompt in responding to our requests, which has made our stay very comfortable.A special thanks to Mr.Ram, the manager who was very helpful & easy to communicate with and Mr.Sadiq who ably manages the front desk with his efficient & courteous behaviour.It was pleasure to interact with them. Banjara, the restaurant serves good quality tasty food with huge buffet spread, lots of healthy food options.The restaurant team truly believes in Service with a Smile. They were very attentive polite & friendly.Special mention to Mr.Sany, Sahil,Jayendra,Sovan,Rutika,Sakshi, Khushi,Arundhati, Sejal and the rest. Thank you everyone. We highly recommend this hotel which gives you a service & comfort far beyond, it is money worth spent.
