I had very good experience in Global Hospital while I was admitted for my surgery.
All admin staff , sister, maushi and mama are very friendly and co-operative. They took good care of me right from admission till my discharge from hospital.
All RMO doctors are also very caring.
They have kept all facilities in house, so the patient and there family are relieved and relaxed.

Dr vedant karvir is a good doctor. The reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no proper management. They will ask you to come at 10a.m. and your number is 1 and you will meet doctor at 11a.m. as first patient in que. This did not happened once, it happened for all the 3 visit I had with this doctor. Why there is no proper communication between doctor and staff. Why make your patient wait 1-2 hours for every visit. It is like after opening this hospital Dr never brainstormed how to improve customer experience. Will I ask my relatives to come here answer is no, I don't want them to waste hours to meet for a 5min appointment. Dr vendant or head of hospital hire a professional to improve customer experience if you want to grow as a top hospital. I understand delay of 5-10min but delay of hours everytime is your poor management. I am writing this post while waiting for doctor, imagine such a sad experience.

Absolute extortion. I brought my mother to Globus Hospital for a checkup, fully prepared with all her recent diagnostic reports (sonography, blood, urine, and protein tests). These reports were barely 7 to 10 days old!
Instead of reviewing the recent data and treating her, the doctor completely dismissed them and demanded we redo all the tests. To add insult to injury, they charged us a ₹2000 initial consultation fee just to tell us to go back to the pathology lab.
My mother is diabetic and has a fatty liver; she needs actual medical treatment, not an endless loop of unnecessary testing. We went there for care, not to be treated like an ATM. Private hospitals are blatantly looting patients. Healthcare in India has truly become a joke.
