A fantastic spot for lunch or dinner with family and friends! If you’re a true foodie, Global Fusion is absolutely the place to be.
The Food: They offer a massive variety of starters and a great main course selection, followed by excellent desserts.
The Vibe: The ambiance is wonderful, and the service is highly attentive and prompt.
The Verdict: It's a little heavy on the pocket, but absolutely value for money considering the quality and variety. Highly recommended!
Visited for an office party and had a fantastic experience! The food variety, taste, and quality were excellent.
Even though it’s a buffet-style setup, they have a unique ordering system: you first check out the food, pick a chit, return to your table, and hand it over to the staff—then your food is served directly to your table.
There’s a vast selection of starters, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Definitely a great spot for sushi lovers!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | The Ultimate Mumbai Food Marathon - Best place for multiple cuisines buffet
If you plan on visiting this place, do yourself a favour: skip breakfast, skip dinner the night before, and maybe consider a light fast for a week.
My cousin and I dropped by on a scorching Mumbai afternoon and were immediately saved by the great vibes and cool lighting. But the real stars are the people behind the food.
The Highlights:
The Sushi Show: The chefs at the live sushi bar are basically artists. They were working "religiously," and the freshness of the fish was incredible. Watching them showcase their craft was the best pre-meal entertainment we could ask for.
The Starter Hack: You pick up these little pre-written notes, hand them over, and like magic, hot starters appear at your table at lightning speed. We ordered 7 or 8 rounds of "mouth-watering" starters—which was our first mistake.
The Struggle: By the time we looked at the 20+ options for the main course, we were already at capacity. The food is so good you’ll run out of stomach space before you run out of things to try.
Pro Tip: This isn’t just a lunch; it’s a physical challenge. Highly recommended for the energy, the service, and the incredible spread. We loved every bit of it!
Well done Global Fusion team! your team in saki naka does a splendid job!!
Loved the ambience here. Me and my wife were here for Valentine's Day Lunch. I loved their spread. They have ample of starters compared to Barbeque Nation. Loved their Sushi's too. Overall we had a good experience.
One star minus as our starters/water refill was often coming late. They don't have dedicated staff for each table, would recommend it for better hospitality experience for the customer.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Global Fusion – A Pan-Asian Feast to Remember
Global Fusion truly lives up to its name — a glorious meeting of flavours, aromas, and comfort all on one lavish buffet table. From the moment we walked in, the ambience wrapped us in a warm, cozy, snuggly vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and ready to indulge.
We kicked things off with the Chicken Lung Fung soup, which was rich, fragrant and deeply comforting, followed by a fiery yet flavourful Seafood Tom Yum that hit all the right spicy–tangy notes. The starters were nothing short of a parade of deliciousness — juicy prawns, tender fish and succulent chicken tossed in a medley of sauces like Hunan, Butter Garlic, Sui Mai and more, each one more addictive than the last. The chicken and prawn dumplings were soft, juicy and bursting with flavour — absolute show-stoppers.
The sushi counter was a visual and gastronomic delight, offering everything from California rolls, Spicy Tuna rolls, Prawn Tempura rolls to Teriyaki Chicken sushi — fresh, beautifully crafted and utterly satisfying. The chicken lettuce salad and the fish and prawn salads added a refreshing, crunchy balance to all the indulgence.
The main course was a dream for lovers of Asian cuisine — fragrant fried rice and noodles, Indian-style fish curry, and a stunning spread of prawns, fish and chicken bathed in rich Chinese and Thai sauces. The Green Thai Curry was especially memorable — creamy, aromatic and perfectly spiced.
And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the desserts arrived. The honey nut ice cream was literally the icing on the cake, while the moong dal halwa, along with elegant bite-sized portions of carrot cake, mud cake, chocoballs and blueberry cheesecake, made for a sweet and satisfying finale.
A special shout-out to the servers and waiters — attentive, warm and incredibly prompt, always around to help and make sure everything was just right.
Global Fusion is not just a meal, it’s a pan-Asian culinary journey served in the coziest, most comforting setting. If you love great food, generous variety and wonderful service, this place is an absolute must-visit. 🍜🍣✨
PS : We have been coming here every year for some special family occasions and this place never disappoints.
