I would especially like to thank Chef Puran Rajesh Avinash Shailesh and FB Team for taking special care of my wife’s meals and ensuring that she was comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness, attention, and support meant a lot to us and truly made us feel cared for beyond just the medical treatment.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Vinayak Padala from the International Marketing team for his outstanding support and coordination throughout the entire process. He was always available whenever needed, guided us at every step, and ensured everything was managed smoothly without any stress or confusion. His caring nature, dedication, and prompt assistance made a significant difference in our overall experience.
I am truly thankful to the entire team (all doctors involved, Dr. Harshad Joshi to mentioned and nurseries) for the excellent medical care, hospitality, and support provided to me and my family. The experience has left a lasting impression, and I deeply appreciate all the efforts made towards my treatment and recovery.
We have been admitted in gleaneagles hospital. Their staff are very kind accomodating and attentive to our special needs. We are from different country to have treatment here in India and they did not disappoint. Their chef Mr Puran Priyar is very good he served us our special orders. And he made it as how it should taste. The floor manager Mr. Sajid Shaikh is accomodating to out needs. The nurses are exceptional even the nursing aid they are caring and hospitable. Our requirements and request are met. I am happy to continue our treatment here even as OPD.
We are very grateful for the care my wife received during the delivery of our baby. Special thanks to Dr. Angha and Amrin, W/G Swati, houskeeping - Meenakshi, sis- Sneha/Sonali and security - Asha and floor manager sajid shaikh for their kindness and support throughout the process. It truely meant a lot to us.
We are so happy to choose Gleneagles hospital Parel for all the wonderful care that they take care of the patient.Right from admission to the surgery done by Dr Aditya Khemka and the stay was all so comforting that you cant stop but appreciate the efforts.Tiara is a full fleged floor dedicated for the patients and the rooms are absolute stunning along with the great food that they serve.
Nursing staff Ranjita,Gisha and Viksha are always by your side.Also floor manager Sajid sahab is always around for any help you ever need.Special mention for the security staff asha for being nice.

I was admitted for ACL repair surgery here.i was in TIARA category room. Undoubtedly this is the best hospital in terms of the staff, nurses, doctors and hospitality. Each and very staff woh handled me was very responsive. Doctor here went a step ahead to check and make sure my treatment and recovery is underway. The floor manager assisted every day to check and take review of the whole staff and hospitality. The floor doctor, chef and each ward bit and sister were well trained.
All the process of TPA went seamless, the hospotality of this place is worth. You actually feel like home.
