I attended a training programme of 2 days conducted by sbi.
The food is very delicious. cattering services provided by Mr Vishal and Jay is woderful. ambience and politeness of staff is above expectations. I really feel special here.
In future I will definitely arrange my any personal or family function in near future.
Highly Disappointed, I might have been cheated
During my recent business trip to Mumbai, I stayed at GINGER – Teli Gali, Andheri East, booked through MakeMyTrip where it was reflected as a 4-Star property.
I paid ₹20,900 for two days, expecting a 4-Star level experience.
My honest assessment:
• Rooms – 3 Star standard
• Breakfast – 2 Star quality (limited variety and average quality)
• Staff – 5 Star professionalism (courteous, helpful and well-trained)
The staff truly deserves appreciation for their conduct and service attitude. However, the infrastructure, amenities, and overall experience did not match what one would normally expect from a 4-Star category hotel, particularly at this tariff.
As a frequent business traveller, accurate representation is important. The property, in my personal view, aligns more with a good 3-Star business hotel rather than a premium 4-Star establishment.
This is my personal experience. Others may have different views.

Fantastic Experience at Ginger Andheri East – Exceptional Service & Hospitality!
My stay at Ginger Mumbai Andheri East was absolutely fantastic. From check-in to check-out, the entire journey was awesome. I have stayed at many Ginger properties in the past, but I can confidently say this one is the best by far. The rooms are much better than usual—very neat, clean, and the overall ambience of the hotel is great.
When I arrived, the lobby was heavily crowded and the reception team struggled a bit to handle the rush. However, Mr. Shubrab (GLP Manager) stepped in and turned the situation around completely. He handled everything so gently and professionally that he made the experience much better than I can express in words.
The staff here generally have wonderful gestures and are very helpful. I want to give a big salute to Shubrab, Laxmi, Diksha, Preeti, and Riya for their outstanding service.
Regarding the dining, the menu is simple but the food is delicious. A special mention goes to the restaurant host, Riya, who took my order; she was very energetic and added to the positive vibe.
The only con: The check-in process during peak hours needs an upgrade. The crowd management could be better initially, but apart from that small hurdle (which Mr. Shubrab resolved), everything else was perfect. Highly recommended to everyone!
I stayed there while my business trip to Mumbai, nice hotel which is close to Metro, and airport. Easy access via main road and also for public transportation.
Stayed there for 2 nights, nice and comfy rooms (wish if room size could have been bit bigger). Clean and hygienic setup, well maintained bathrooms… good restaurants for food… and good parking
Cons: Elevator is too small, in morning while peak h breakfast time I ended up waiting long for finding space to fit with my luggage…
