Worst staff. Never buy anything from here, terrible service , i recommend other medical stores near by , the staff is pathetic, they never pay attention , ill spoken and absolutely unfit to be working over there. This pharmacy does not deserve any customer. Absolutely disappointing. Shame !

They don't know whether importance of patients life & were asking me to get drs prescription as dr forgot to write I wrote with different pen ink . For silly reasons they never gave me the medicine although having they told me they don't have that medicine which my sister required for health recovery. very very bad 👎 for such General Medical LLP & I feel their license should be taken from them than they may realize importance of patients
I’m sharing my honest experience with General Medical, a 24/7 pharmacy located opposite Nair Hospital, Mumbai. After being a loyal customer for more than six years, my trust has been totally broken. Recently, I bought products from this shop and discovered they sold me expired items. This happened because the staff and owner do not pay attention to checking expiry dates, leaving outdated products on their shelves.
Many people, including patients and families from Nair Hospital, visit this pharmacy every day. So here’s my advice to everyone: Please double-check the expiry date on every medicine or product you purchase from General Medical. Do not assume the staff has verified it for you, because clearly, they do not.
Based on my experience, this pharmacy deserves only a one-star rating. The careless attitude towards expiry dates is unacceptable, especially for a shop relied on by so many people for their health and safety.
I hope this review serves as a warning. Always check before you buy, and don’t trust the staff or owner to ensure product safety.
I think the store is pretty good. it has a little bit of everything is clean and tidy. the store's employees, however, are always super suspicious, looking at us as if we were thieves.
