The owner is supremely polite. The tents were also durable and very reasonable.
I made a mistake of not opting for their labour to set it up for me, and then had extreme difficulty to figure it out. The owner stayed on video call and explained it, and even came to the site to set it up. He didn’t even charge me for the time and transport.
I think such ppl in the business are very rare. Hope his business sees a lot of success. Highly recommend.
