Very poor service. We checked in during the day and were charged 500/- per person in advance even though we wanted to stay only upto evening. For first half of the day the AC was turned off. After repeated complaints they turned on only for sometime. They have no regards for customer experience. The beds have extremely sharp edges and you can easily scratch and hurt yourself while climbing up and down from the top bed. I got hurt twice. Bedsheets and blankets are not replaced for new guests. Upon complaining, the attendant was very hostile. They totally insult you when you complain. They say they are doing you a great favor by giving you a place to stay in Mumbai (Their words not mine). I wouldn't visit again.
Good stay experience I had staying over here. The owner is also very supportive. It's a good value for money place and the best part is it is only 450 metres from CST railway station.
It is very close to CSMT and the interior is also very good and neatly maintained. No bedbugs or any other diseases around, but only one thing which bothered was placement of only 1 fan between 4 beds was not enough as it didn't provide enough circulation resulting in suffocation and sweating.
There is no separate room here, all here is dormitory sharing.
The interior is good but people staying are not guests, many are using as a hostel.
Common Restroom only available (bathing area separate and toilet separate), Two Restrooms available & are good but once people start to use, it's worst.
Housekeeping is poor.
The bed and blankets I used were already used by someone, when I entered inside after checkin, Some people were laying in bed.
They moved to another bed and the previous person blanket (used blanket) was given to me.
Other people staying hang their clothes inside the dormitory in bed supports.
According to the place and location, all the dormitories nearby... This is a million times better than that Service and cleanliness are also well taken care of.
