Pathetic service. Our housewarming ceremony functions was completely spoiled because of Gala caterers inspite of spending such huge amount. The were late for the function, the people for serving were in very very shabby clothes, plate were all dirty.
Kindly do not consider this catering service ever. We had ordered 140 plates due to this unhygienic situatuon created by the caterers people didn't even tried the food.
Extremely shrewd and money minded. Only good thing we felt is, they agreed to not use disposable plastics, and help us reduce the damage to environment. But overall, it would have been nice if they could have been collaborative and took informed decisions rather than behave aristocratic. Wouldn't say value for money.
