Very disappointing experience with this institute and would not recommend to anyone due to their unfair trade practices.
I had enrolled in their French course consisting of 40 sessions and attended only 2 classes, after which i couldn't continue due to a medical emergency in my family for a year, when I approached them to resume the remaining sessions, I was suddenly informed that the course validity was only 3 months.
The problem is that this “3-month validity” was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of admission nor after:
Not verbally, not in writing, and no reminder or expiry communication was ever sent later even on WhatsApp. (The lady only asked me when are you going to resume, she did not once mentioned about the validity).
When i asked them to show any document or proof where this policy was mentioned and accepted by me, they failed to provide any clear evidence. (Infact the admission girl Rashmi spoke to me rudely saying if students don't turn up we consider as cancel) but did you mention once about the validity while taking full fees in advance or even later on WhatsApp when you asked about resuming classes. That shows the intent of this institute is not good.
Important policies affecting students should be communicated transparently before taking full payment. Hidden conditions introduced later are unfair and highly unprofessional. I'm going to take action against this institute now.

I am learning german language through Native Languages,with Ms. Vaishnavi Phatak. She is so passionate about what she does and makes sure that her every student secures best scores in exams. What I found amusing is that, she not only teaches but also consults each of her students regarding all their small and big problems and comes up with number of solutions in no time! Her dedication towards work and her motivation has helped me lots to achieve my goals.
Good evening mam/sir iam saipooja First of I would like to say thank you Hivision Foundation team for the conducting of English grammar classes I never felt bore in the is class. I enjoyed a lot. Not only classes , every activity I did. The teacher name is pinky. Indra.. mam never ignored who can't solve she explained by taking examples from daily life she's is amazing teacher she taught very well but unfortunately today is our last class we miss the mam and we enjoyed past 1 month above days.. 🙂 Finally I learnt kinds of tenses and regular irregular verbs, formation of sentences and question tags the Hivision team was conducted a weekly test on grammar classes I tried my best and in thin weekend we have last test I will try my best.
