Absolutely the worst place to order from if timing matters even a little bit.
I ordered flowers online for a sick friend and repeatedly requested express delivery before 10:00 AM because I had to leave by then. I didn’t just mention it once — I contacted their chat support four separate times, explaining the urgency and asking if it could be delivered earlier.
Each time I was told the request had been “forwarded to the associates.” That phrase, apparently, means absolutely nothing.
By 10:30 AM there was still no delivery. When I contacted yet another agent, I was casually told that the delivery window is 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM — information that would have been useful before I spent my morning chasing them on chat.
In the end, I had to leave without the flowers, completely defeating the purpose of the order. The flowers were eventually delivered at 12:53 PM, long after they were needed.
If a company cannot handle something as simple as communicating realistic delivery expectations, they shouldn’t be selling “express” services in the first place.
Terrible communication. Zero accountability. A complete waste of time.
Needless to say, I will never order from them again

I’m writing on behalf of my friend, who ordered a flower arrangement from your website for my birthday, sent from Dubai to India. I wanted to share my disappointment with the delivery, as the flowers received were far from what was shown and promised online.
The arrangement I received was stale, lacked fragrance, and had clearly lost its freshness and charm. It did not resemble the image my friend selected at all. Given that this was meant to be a special birthday gift, the quality and presentation fell completely short of expectations.
It’s upsetting that a thoughtful gesture turned into a disappointing experience due to poor service and product quality. If this is the standard being provided, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your offerings, especially for international orders.
We request that you look into this issue and offer an appropriate resolution. Kindly treat this with urgency and let us know how you plan to address it.

They sent such bad quality flowers on mother days and ruined the occasion and surprise ! Not worth the money paid and when i reached out to customer care via chat as well as mails the minute i got this quality i informed them NO one got back! They hadn’t even offered to replace it!
