Flowers/ FNP Lokhandwala: The person handling this number is consistently insolent and rude. If he answers the phone, he cuts you off before you can cite your order. When he doesn't answer, he asks you to message. When you message your requirement, he replies with question marks! I mean guys, are you even in business anymore?! Ferns N Petals, this store needs a refresher course in customer etiquette.
Rude and pathetic owner. Needs to learn to talk properly first. He will try and overcharge for everything and if you point it out he will behave badly and talk rudely.
Arrogant is the word.
I would suggest to avoid this place and go buy from the shops near Hangout lokhandwala.
Edit: I am sorry but at no point was there a respectful suggestion that your boquets start at only Rs. 1000/-.
