I paid ₹10,895 for this bouquet for my mum’s birthday and honestly, the roses look below average. For that price, I expected premium, fresh, high-quality flowers. What was delivered looks ordinary and nowhere near worth what was charged.
The arrangement is basic, the finishing looks cheap, and the overall presentation does not justify such an inflated price. This feels like a complete rip-off.
If minus ratings were possible, I would give one. Extremely disappointed with the quality and value for money. I would not recommend this service to anyone ordering for a special occasion.

Hence, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent flower delivery I received.
The delivery was not made within the promised time frame, and upon arrival, the roses were dry and the bouquet appeared shabby. Additionally, the wrapping paper was torn, which further contributed to the overall poor condition of the arrangement.
“Floweraura” will never be your customer again..
I request people not buy products from here, this company is just fooling people. If you get a damage product then again when you go for replacement you will get the same damaged one. And the customer support doesn't provide you with any solution, they behave rudely with customer. They told me they cannot refund or replace anymore, so i just left my money to them as a donation. If you don't want to spoil anyone's special occasion please think before you buy the products from here. If this company cannot deliver the product freshly then they should remove it from their site, don't mislead customer by showing something on the website and delivering something else.
