Booked a hotel day rental and it worked out really well. Perfect option when you just need somewhere comfortable to relax, freshen up, or recharge for a few hours without staying overnight.
Check-in was quick and straightforward, the room was clean and well maintained, and having access to full hotel facilities made it feel great value. Much more comfortable than waiting around in cafés or lounges.
Really convenient and stress-free — would definitely use a day rental again when travelling or needing a short break during the day.
This hotel is at an amazing location at walking distance to Colaba, gateway of India and few minutes to marine drive and Girgaon chowpatty by cab. The service and staff is extremely nice. Though the room we were given was extremely small with a tiny washroom .

I had a great stay at Fariyas Hotel. I have stayed here about 5 times and this was by far the best. The rooms have been refurbished and it was very comfortable. The staff were all top notch and the service was as good as any of the most expensive hotels I have stayed at around the world. Definitely on par with the Taj and Oberoi. Ii checked out and walked away with a smile. I will book this again and again as it is Great Value for Money!

This hotel enjoys a great location, which is definitely its biggest advantage — I’d recommend it mainly for that reason. The basic rooms are on the smaller side, and the TV setup feels quite minimal for a 5-star property, so entertainment options are limited. Service is good overall, though a bit slow at times, likely because the housekeeping team seems slightly understaffed — room cleaning can take a while.
Breakfast is fairly simple but adequate, and I appreciated that the menu changed each day during my two-night stay. You can also order additional items directly from the staff, who are friendly and accommodating.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel for the price, but set your expectations accordingly — the standout feature is definitely the location.
