I had explored almost the entire city of Mumbai for my wedding outfit, but nothing came close to the collection at Falguni Shane. Not only did I end up finding my outfit there, but even my mother and sister found theirs.

What truly stood out, apart from the stunning collection, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Despite my multiple visits and endless confusion, they helped me with the same enthusiasm every single time. I was initially torn between Falguni Shane and another designer, and had nearly finalized an outfit elsewhere. However, the way our account manager, Miss Priyanka, handled everything with such patience and understanding made our decision easy.

She was incredibly accommodating, extremely professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring my outfit turned out exactly the way I had envisioned it. This experience was unlike any I’ve had with any other label. Miss Priyanka personally coordinated with the designer to make sure I got the outfit of my choice, and her dedication truly meant a lot to me.

I’m extremely grateful to her and the entire team for making my wedding outfit shopping experience so beautiful, seamless, and memorable.

Great experience at the store! Nikita took excellent care of us. She communicated with us prior to the appointment and was very efficient through the process and follow-ups. Can’t wait to wear my outfit!!

Of all the stores I visited in Kala Ghoda, this store was my worst experience. I had a dream wedding lehenga in mind and I was trying to tell this to a person who was helping me, she straight away said this is old collection , not possible for any customization.
When we come to a designer store, the expectation is not to buy anything that exists in the store but talk about options , colors , customization.
I got the most cold and unfriendly vibes from this stores, maybe the staff isn’t informed well about the customization itself. Some people at the reception were good but the person helping me was not.

I dropped the idea wearing FSP on my wedding, because I couldn’t build the trust with anyone in the store to make such big purchase.

My friend who visited studio east6 in Chicago had a very good experience that led me to come to FSP at first place.
