I was on a holiday to Mumbai and staying at the Novotel Marol. I dealt with Suraj. Pick up and delivery as promised. All clothes washed and ironed and in plastic sleeves. The price was good. What more can you ask. If in Mumbai, use this service, it will save you time and money.
White shirt came back with red stains.
My order came with 2 shirts which were not mine. I gave them back to the delivery person, but this explains why many people write here that some of their stuff is lost.
I was quoted 250 INR / kg for same day wash & delivery. I got another quote from another laundry for 198inr/kg for the same, but only after already brought it here. I should have better get my laundry back and bring it there.
Each piece had a plastic tag on them when returned and it was annoying, that I needed to spend so much time cutting them all away.
Would definitely not recommend.

Good job! Shoes had huge stains after I wrongly washed it .. but was cleaned properly and now they are stain free! They provide pick up and drop service as well .. highly recommended!
