One of the worst places to book an appointment for yourself. The doctor may be good at his work, but the appointment system has so many issues. They seem to prioritise certain selected patients for appointment.. I have been waiting for almost 3 months+ for the appointment.
Randomly they text saying it will be with another doctor, not with Puneet. The reception
and appointment system is what drives any healthcare, and if they cannot do justice, the doctor being great also will eventually be no good.
