Extremely disappointing experience with the eyebrow service at Enrich Palladium.
I had called in advance to book an appointment, and the man on the phone confirmed that my appointment had been scheduled. However, when I arrived, there was apparently no proper appointment in place and I was effectively treated as a walk-in customer.
The eyebrow service itself was even more disappointing. The technician did not ask a single question about how I wanted my eyebrows shaped or maintained before starting. There was no consultation, no effort to understand my preferences, and no communication throughout the process.
The end result was terrible. My eyebrows were done poorly, and the shape was far from what I would have expected from a professional salon. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication—there was no explanation of what was being done, no discussion of any concerns, and no attempt to address the obvious issues with the final result.
For a salon that promotes itself as a premium service provider, the lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic customer communication was unacceptable.
I had originally just wandered into the salon with my friends, but after seeing the care and dedication the team put into their work, I decided to get a haircut as well, and I’m so glad I did!
My stylist, Siddhi, was incredibly sweet, patient, and highly skilled. Since I have curly hair, it’s not easy to find someone who truly understands how to style it properly, but she did an amazing job. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.
I’m genuinely so pleased with both the service and the result. Thank you, Siddhi, and thank you Enrich, for making this one of the best salon experiences I’ve had!
Excellent service. We called on Saturday a busy weekend they were so kind to give us appointments. The way the accepted my request. We did meni & ped. Donald and samin did excellent job. My wife did haircut. Which was also excellent and quick. Value for money if you become their member. Very neat clean hygiene.
I recently visited Enrich Salon and had a facial done by Rajni, and it was genuinely an excellent experience. She did both my and my fiancé’s facials, and we were really impressed with her expertise.
What stood out the most was her consultation—it was absolutely on point. She clearly understood our skin concerns and was very precise about what should and shouldn’t be recommended, which gave us a lot of confidence in her approach.
The facial itself was extremely relaxing and well-executed, and the massages were amazing—definitely one of the highlights.
Overall, a very professional and satisfying experience. Highly recommend Rajni if you’re visiting Enrich!

It was my very first experience with them and Stylist Rohit recommended my Kerastase Fusio dose treatment which actually changes my whole look and this treatment perfectly blend into my hairs.
