They don't provide you with basic amenities like Toiletries (soap, shampoo), clean towels. They don't provide you with plates glasses or spoon.
Its no where near to a 3 star hotel.
The only good thing was that it was near to Borivali train station.
Location is like a minute away from Borivali station.
Service is as good as 0. No spoons,forks,glasses available.
Rooms are subpar or substandard at best. For someone who's been to REAL 3/5/7 star hotels this place is nowhere near 3 star.
