I had a very disappointing experience here. The pricing feels extremely inflated for the services offered, and it honestly comes across as overcharging customers without justification.
What made things worse was the complete lack of professionalism in dealing with clients. There was little to no courtesy or willingness to address concerns. The owner came across as quite arrogant, and the receptionist was equally unhelpful and dismissive.
Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, this place falls short on both fronts. I would strongly recommend others to clarify pricing beforehand and consider other options before choosing this studio.

Great service and speedy response in getting my mini Dv and 8mm video tapes converted to digital. The price was also very competitive when compared to others. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
