Very disappointing experience with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance.
I paid ₹63,462 for the first year only because the agent Mr. Dinesh jaiswal clearly promised that the policy would be converted into a monthly payment plan. Despite repeated follow-ups, this was never done. This is clear mis-selling.
After 2 years, ₹1,24,000 was auto-debited from my account without proper communication. After escalation, that amount was refunded, but now the company is refusing to return my initial payment of ₹63,462, which is completely unfair.
As an NRI, this is a significant amount, and such misleading commitments and poor service are unacceptable. I have already raised a formal complaint and will continue to escalate this matter with IRDAI and other authorities if not resolved properly.
I request the senior management team to urgently review this case and provide a fair resolution.
Very poor customer experience. Not recommended.
Worst workers as 3 girls came to my parents home instead of saying we don’t want any policy as we won’t be able to pay as there is no source of income my mom dad are old then too this three girls came and took signature by faking thing I m going to keep this on twitter Instagram and reels .. old person ke trust ke sath gaddari ki hai she took 50000 ka cheque aj Subha bank mein dala usne and papa bicharay is waqt chakar chat rahay hai I want action and justice for my parents … meray dad ka plopd policy usne surrender kar wa diya without my dad acknowledge I m going to post their videos as well
Waste of money , waste of time.
these guys are useless, don't take any insurance from them, they will mail you and call you but cannot upload simple document and there customer portal don't support simple document upload.
I paid term insurance for 3 years and in 3rd year after payment they asked number of document which i provided but these guys didn't activated my term insurance but took money. these happened in Jan 2022 and still they have not activated my term insurance.
I don't know what to do and just have option of stopping my term insurance.

A good company with great people and products. There is a pay and park facility before the main entrance of the building. Reception people are very courteous and quick. Office is clean.
