The aftermath of sending my parcel via DTDC. The entire artwork got ruined even after packing it in several layers of bubble wrap with 'fragile' and 'handle with care' labels all over it. Not only was it all broken, it was delivered 2 days late.
They don't tell you that they'll be sending the courier through their private company and not through DTDC. If you don't ask they'll not share any information about securing or insuring your items and take no guarantee or insure damaged goods. That being said I did receive my belongings in good condition and on time
Rather than delivering to me they delivered at the Bomanhalli branch and marked as successfully delivered. I reached out to customer care multiple times but they didn’t take any action.
I will not use their service again neither recommend it to anyone. Pathetic service!!!!
