The staff is to rude not even calling to coustmer and they are sending back the parcel and saying coustmer is not responding the worst branch of dtdc
To be honest I want to give 0 ratings and worst service they kept my courier till 4 days and daily updating out for delivery but when I visited the hub they have kept the courier in the office when I asked them why it is showing out for delivery they told they don't know why it's showing out for delivery but daily they were making the product out for delivery and daily making undelivered due to call not reachable worst reason and worst company and worst service.
Had wonderful experience with them, I have used them for both international and domestic shipping. Truly trustworthy.
Very very bad service, got my shipment after 15 days from dispatch date and that too I was supposed to visit their office and collect personally. They denied to deliver. Reminder: Ultimately I have to go and collect my shipment. BAKWAAS! Service from DTDC
has a very bad experience asked them for a speed courier they said within 24 for rs 330 and normal will take two days did the special service on 23-11-2022 at 11:35am and was told will reach next day and till today the 25-11-2022 it's already 12:42 pm and the document still not recived as it's goverment document and the office closes at 02:00pm since it's Friday and the team says it will reach dono when so pathetic service prior to this send it with Trackon company and was delivered by bluedart it was hastle free and with correct timeframe and the DTDC team are so confident in their commitment and when you clarify after sending they say you must have heard it wrongly. super amazing idiotic process and unprofessional staff with so much off attitude while they talk never will use or recommend anyone
