I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this pet store, and honestly I’m still upset thinking about it. From the moment I walked in, the place felt poorly maintained and depressing. The floors were dirty, there was a strong smell in the air, and the overall environment looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in a long time.

What really broke my heart, though, was seeing the kittens. There were about 15 kittens that looked barely two months old crammed into a single tiny cage. The cage was far too small for that many animals. They were all climbing over each other, scratching at the bars, and trying desperately to get out. Several of them looked extremely stressed and scared. Instead of playful, curious kittens like you’d expect, they just looked sad and uncomfortable. Watching them push against the cage door and meow was honestly heartbreaking.

It didn’t seem like they had enough space, stimulation, or proper care. The bedding looked dirty, and the whole setup felt more like storage than a place for living animals. Seeing such young kittens packed together like that made the entire experience feel really upsetting.

To make matters worse, everything in the store was wildly overpriced. Basic supplies that you can find elsewhere for reasonable prices were marked up way beyond what they should cost. When a store is already poorly maintained and clearly not prioritizing animal welfare, charging inflated prices just makes the whole thing feel even more frustrating.

The staff also didn’t seem particularly attentive or concerned about the animals. When I asked a question about the kittens, the response felt dismissive and rushed, as if my concerns weren’t important.

Between the overcrowded cages, the sad-looking kittens, the poor maintenance, and the ridiculous prices, this place left a really bad impression. A pet store should be a place where animals are treated with care and respect, not crammed into tiny cages and left in uncomfortable conditions.

I genuinely hope the store improves how it cares for its animals, because what I saw was really disappointing and upsetting. Until then, I would strongly recommend people look elsewhere for their pets and supplies.
Animals are living organisms with emotions not objects that you can treat however you want.I request you all to have a look and raise this issue,as a cat lover,this genuinely broke my heart.

HEY !! Guys. If you ask me . DROGO PETS is the best out there. The staff is super helpful. My unc visited this Shop earlier and got the perfect pet for him. Love this store. And I am looking for a golden retriever. Drogo pets, plz let me know if you have them above 2 months..

Being a first time bird owner, I approached Drogo pets to seek guidance. They arranged a beautiful Sun Conure for me within 4 days. Amar was super helpful and was always available to solve my queries. I am extremely happy with the service and my pet bird.
Staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can spend hours at this pet shop. They have a wide array of options available.

I make it a point to stop by whenever I cross this store, and it's always a good to decent experience. However, this time was an exception.

1- the tanks were not maintained, there were dead fishes in the tank
2- i purchased a tc plant, however when I got back, the quality was really poor. There was no gel in the cup, the roots were being supported just by some moisture. Half of the plant had also melted (pics attached)

I thought that this is one place where I can blindly purchase from, without being worried, however seems not the case. One thing good though- I was to purchase some fish which I liked, and I was informed that they are under medication and not for sale (really appreciate this).

Overall, I feel that they need to be more consistent, for being regarded as the best pet place in the city.
