We had a very positive experience at the hospital during my friend’s mother’s clavicle bone surgery. The Dr.Zubair S. is knowledgeable, reassuring, and handled the procedure with great care and professionalism. The nursing staff and support team were also extremely attentive, polite, and supportive throughout the recovery process. The hospital was clean, well-managed, and the overall service was excellent. I had my left knee surgery under the observation of Dr. Zubair Sorathia, and I am very thankful for the excellent treatment and support I received.
Before the surgery, I was suffering from a cyst in my left knee. Because of that, I used to have swelling and pain in my leg while walking and even during travelling. Slowly, it became very difficult and painful to manage daily activities.
From the very first day, Dr. Zubair Sorathia explained everything clearly and gave me confidence. The surgery was done successfully, and now I am feeling much better.
The best part of this hospital was the behaviour of the staff, nurses, and doctors. Whenever I had any question or fear, they guided me properly and patiently. Everyone was very supportive, caring, and friendly, which made me feel comfortable and without fear during the entire process.
I sincerely thank Dr. Zubair Sorathia and the whole team for their care, guidance, and successful treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone facing knee problems.

had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Zubair regarding my foot pain.
During my first visit, he advised me to take an X-ray, which I did at his hospital after paying consultation and X-ray charges. The X-ray was normal. To further identify the issue, he then suggested an MRI and specifically gave me a slip and contact number of a particular MRI centre (Pulse), asking me to inform him once the report was ready.
When I contacted that centre, the cost quoted was ₹5000. I checked with Aarthi Scan Centre for the same MRI, where the cost was ₹3800, so I chose Aarthi Scan and completed my MRI there. I sent the report to the number provided by the doctor, but there was no response. Assuming the doctor might be busy, I went directly to the hospital.
At the reception, I was questioned about why I had taken the MRI at a different centre instead of the one suggested. I clearly asked whether the doctor would refuse to see an outside report and mentioned that if so, I would leave. I did not get a clear answer.
When I met the doctor, instead of discussing my foot problem, he focused mainly on why I took the MRI at Aarthi Scan. After briefly looking at the report, he said it was “not clear” and that he could not give treatment, and then suggested another doctor. He also said that if that doctor advised a repeat MRI, it must be done only at Pulse centre.
In my second visit (within 5 days), no examination or treatment was given. The entire discussion was about why MRI should be done at the suggested centre and not elsewhere. For this visit also, I was charged consultation fees.
My concern is simple: if outside MRI reports are not acceptable, this should be clearly informed to patients during the first visit itself. This would save patients’ time, money, and mental stress. I paid consultation fees twice and X-ray charges, yet received no treatment or proper discussion about my actual foot condition.
With the same MRI report, I consulted another doctor (not the one suggested here), and treatment was started immediately. I am now recovering.
I am sharing this review purely based on my experience, not commenting on the doctor’s medical knowledge, but on the way my case was handled.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team for the excellent care provided during my daughter’s leg surgery. He explained the procedure clearly, supported us throughout the process, and made us feel completely confident and reassured.
The nursing staff was extremely attentive and kind, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I would also like to appreciate the support staff—including the ward boys, cleaning team, reception staff, and physiotherapy team—for their cooperation and polite behaviour. They ensured our stay was comfortable and stress-free.
The hospital environment is clean, well-maintained, and very patient-friendly. Thanks to the entire team, my daughter is recovering well. Truly thankful for their professionalism, dedication, and compassionate service. Highly recommended!
